2.Inner hardened pipe are used for concrete pumping. High frequency and heat treatment process makes the inner wall to be high intensity(HRC-62) and highly abrasion resistant layer(1.8mm), and leaves the outer wall with high plasticity and strength to avoid bursting. The concrete conveyer pipes can endure more impact and abrasion from the aggregate, such as screes, gravels and granite; and improve the resistant abrasion ability and the average service life can reach 25,000 to 30,000 cubic meter of cocrete.
