WIPERBLADE REFILLS
We manufacture these refills on a very high quality standard level (ISO 9000). For the backing we use a Polycarbonate material, which the automobile industry uses for headlights and bullet proofed windows. This means, that this material works excellent in high and low temperatures, without getting crack.
The rubber profile is made out of a special mixture; based on natural rubber, graphite under high pressure for long lasting, smooth performance and storage. Temperature resistant till 123 degree Celsius!!!
The backing replaces the metal stripes and makes fitting very easy. The inside measurement of the backing is exactly the size of the plastic-claw wipers, such as Champion, Valeo ect. - For wipers with metal claws, we include a gauge/stencil, called fitting tool, which you can just slide through the claws and you have the exact measurement for the refills. That means the refill sits perfectly in the claws, moves lengths way to adjust on the window, but not side- ways.
With a length of 610 mm we cover 95 % of cars. For makes like Renault, Toyota, and more and more brands we also have a length of 750 mm in the program. Over length can be cut off with pliers. The backing size of 6,3 mm covers the European and Asian wiper blade range of Champion, Valeo, Bosch, SWF, NWB ect. and the 8,5 mm backing is for the American products. The "Heavy-Duty" version is specially designed for the truck, tractor and building machine program.

mixture of Polycarbonate, which the automotive industry uses for headlights and also bullet-proofed windows which means, the backing is equal in the performance to the metal stripes, works also in low and high temperatures perfectly and cracks are impossible.
Metal clip: Is made of stainless steel, guaranteed not rusting.
Fitting tool: Specially designed to fit the Wiper Blade Refills professionally,
fast and efficient. At the metal frame Wiper Blades the last claw is squeezed together to hold the rubber profile and the opening width on the other claws are not that precise. Instead of using a screwdriver to adjust it approximately, just slide the fitting tool through the claws.
The Refills are moving then lengthwise properly to adjust on the window and a clean performance is guaranteed. For plastic frame Wiper Blades just slide it quickly through the claws for cleaning.
Lengths: Wiper Blade Refills are available in two different lengths for Cars and
three different ones for Trucks, Buses, Tractors and Building machines. The standard length for car is 610 mm (24’’), which covers approx. 70 % of the makes and models. For vans and other models such as Renault Twingo, Peugeot 206 etc. we have the 750 mm (29’’) length available.
