300 items missing from order , Jan. 23, 2011

We have purchased from Uniarcade several time with the service getting worse each time the last order 11/08/2010 we were shorted 300 speakers and they admit the shortage in an e-mail that they never shipped them and they are still in there office. They say it is to expensive to ship them to us now ...they refuse to refund the money or ship the missing items . Now we can not get even a return e-mail , Our credit card company is now involved filing a credit card fraud action against them . Andrew Twisted Quarter Inc
