It recycles pellets from the sprue runner regrind and returns to the hopper of the injection molding machine.
- Touch screen controller makes operation and troubleshooting easy.
- Output of pellet : 5kg to 10kg. the actually output may differ depending on type or resin, operation conditions etc.
- The unit has been developed and works well for all type of resins.
- Air cooling system makes material appraisal ( tensile strength, stretch, flexural strength, flexural elasticity, melt flow index) for recycled pellets better than water cooling.
- Equipment cost easily justified by material savings.
