MOULD OF DUCTILE IRON PIPE
1998 according to Q/PCA. J02.07-2003 specification. The material is DIN 21CrMo10. The size: DN50mm-400mm for cold mould and DN50mm-300mm for hot mould, 3-6m in length. The mould of ductile iron pipe have been supplied to all the local iron pipe plants and exported to international market since 2000. They are highly appraised by the quality and delivery, etc.

Our equipment including 30t basic electric arc Furnace, 12t electroslag remelting furnace, SXP-651400 rotary forging machine, 20m cover-type resistance annealing furnace, 20m cover-type resistance quenching and tempering furnace and heavy machine equipment.

Diameter: 100-300mm, length: d 19.5m. We can product 100 MT mandrel per year.

METALLURGY ROLLER, CONNECT CASTING ROLLER
As the key part of modern rolling mill, we can provide R73, BcR01 series of connect casting roller, 9Cr2Mo, 86CrMoV7 series of work roller. The Steel shell be made by electric arc furnace process + vacuum degassing + electroslag remelting or furnace process + vacuum degassed, have high hardness, high rigidity, high toughness etc technology specialty.
The size: The maximal diameter is ¦600mm.

Forged by 1400t rotary forging machine and then machined to size. Material: 45#, 35CrMo, 42CrMo, 48CrMoA
