The skip car is for loading the burden to BF, high quality and low price; has a long service life.

The skip is used for loading the burden for the blast furnace, consisting of three parts, namely, the skip body, the moving part and the thill part. Those which are less than 2.5 m³ are the parallel skip bodies; those which are higher than 2.8 m³ are the oblique skip bodies. The bottom and both the sides inside the skip body are protected with the abrasion-resistant liners, which are easy for the replacement. There is a small hole in the upper side of the oblique skip rear, which is easy to charge the burden scattered in the pit withdraw through the hole with manual work. Over 2 m³ skips adopt the double-steel-rope traction and the steel rope tension balanced device to make the two steel ropes receive strength uniformly.
