The products have successively passed tests of the authentication of Reservoir Stimulation Laboratory of RIPED-Langfang PetroChina, STIM-Lab and Frac-Tech Lab. The Company took six years to introduce, absorb, apply and re-innovate the technology, and developed light weight & ultra-light weight ceramic proppant, etc. Processed by ultrafine grinding, pelleting and high-temperature sintering, the products adopt high-purity raw material, features superior thermal stability, high pressure resistance, high conductivity and erosion resistance. Satisfying the demands of oil mining in different conditions, our products have been widely used in major oil & gas fields at home and abroad and well accepted by customers and investigation groups of Russia, Kazakhstan, the United States, Canada, Brazil, etc.
Our oil ceramic proppant can be classified as follows:
By compression strength: 52MPa( 7500psi) , 69MPa( 10000psi) , 86MPa( 12500psi) , 103MPa( 15000psi) .
By bulk density: light weight, medium density and high density.
By specifications: 6-12mesh, 8-16mesh, 12-18mesh, 12-20mesh, 16-20mesh, 16-30mesh, 20-40mesh, 30-50mesh, 30-60mesh, 40-60mesh, 40-70mesh, 70-140mesh, etc.
Moreover, we can produce products with different specifications according to clients' particular requirements.
Now our factory has one ball grinding mill production line, four Raymond mill lines, two ball-milling powder-mixed lines and eight Pellet lines. The production lines have advanced screening system and digital automatic temperature controlling system with the independent intellectual property rights domestically. There are two tunnel-kiln ceramic proppant lines and four rotary kiln lines in our factory, while the annual output of 2011 will be 210, 000MT. With high degree of automation, all lines have advanced natural gas combustion system and automated temperature control system.
With an area of 1300Â ¡ , Wanli R& D Center has professional labs for physics and chemistry testing. In the center, there are appointed detecting equipments made by the national designated factory. With years of development, the center has improved methods for test and research, which makes great contribution to the technological updating and economic benefits. Every year, the technical staffs are sent to the National Institute of Refractory, Fracturing and Acidizing Center in Langfang for further study. At the same time, we regularly invite fracturing experts from several major oil fields for technical guidance, which guarantees the leading position of our technology in domestic industry.
