within the range of 5-15 Mpa for air supply, outlet pressure variation less than 7X10-4Mpa once inlet pressure changes 1Mpa.
Flow characteristic: When inlet pressure more than 2Mpa, control flow rate changes within rated range, output pressure changes not more than
± 6% of upper limit of output pressure gauge measuring range.
