3. Use
SPNH is a kind of copolymer contains hydroxyl, carbonyl, methyl, sulfonic acid base, nitriles and some other functional groups, and is made by grafting copolymerization and sulfonation. The main function of SPNH is to reduce filtration loss, but it can also reduce viscosity at the same time.
It is heat-resistant because it draws sulfonic group into benzene ring unit, and the benzene ring is linked with carbon atoms. Owing to the introducing of sodium sulfonate SO3NA in benzene hydroxyl, it strengthens the hydration, which thus results in fine solubility. As a deep well mud treatment, SPNH owns the characteristics of reducing HTHP fluid loss, salt-resistant, calcium-resistant etc, and plays a great role in consolidating wellwall, preventing collapsing and stucking.
Recommended dosage: 1-3%
4. Storage & Package
25Kg net sealed in 4-in-1 compound paper bag with plastic lining during storage and transport see that the bag is intact. But its property is not affected even if it becomes damp.
