• When motor capacity is not changed, the rotating speed should keep in its normal speed. If the rotating speed is enlarged too much, the motor may bum out due to overloading.
• Blower’s power is adopter motor’s power,which mean under the specially designated. Working situation, its power is the total value of the machinery loss and its spare power .it is not only the necessary power when vent hole is full opening . if the blower is empty rotating without any pipeline or outside resistance, the motor also may face the danger of burning out. In view of more safe, the blower is necessary to protect by a valve in the vent and inlet hole. Close the valve when starting, open it slowly when the blower is working normally to reach the stipulated power. Often are cautions whether the electric current of the motor is over than the stipulated value.
• Transmitted air is not permitted having stickiness substance, the quantities of dust and harden pellet is no more than 150 mg / m³, and the air temperature must be less than 80C°.
