Main working process:
Slag, dolomite and coke are stored separately and broken into pieces with 5-15cm for using. The materials are feed into melting furnace by lift hopper after weighing.
The melted materials, whose temperature 1400± 20degrees, will outflow from the under-part outlet of the melting furnace. And the melted materials will be transported to 4rollers centrifugal machine to form fiber under the effect of centrifugal force. The fiber will enter into the sedimentation chamber after filtering with wind device installed at the inlet of sedimentation chamber. Then, the slag wool is transported with conveyor for weighing, packing and storage. And others changing slag ball drops on the sedimentation channel under sedimentation chamber and then clean out.
