Water-ring granulation line

It is mainly used for PE film pelletizing and extrusion.
1. This line introduces Japanese technique, it can directly put PE.PP film into single-screw extrusion line for granulation after crashed and cleanouted. It won' t destroy the structure and physical property of molecule material, and surely it' s much more economization than traditional pellet feeding method.
2. The single-screw extrusion line adopts screw of large L/ D, it bears special exhaust equipment and it can wipe off the liquid water content effectively and get high output.
3. palletizing line using water ring pelletizer, granules are uniform and beautiful.
