RCGF Automatic 3 in 1 Juice Filling Machine is used in hot filling and sealing of bottled green tea and fruit juice. It integrates washing, filling and capping in one unit. The design is scientific and reasonable with good-looking appearance. Its operation and maintenance is convenient and is highly automatic.

--It conveys bottles through clamping the bottle mouth, which is convenient for switching between different capacities of bottles

Filling Technology

-- Advanced micro-negative pressure

-- Reflux device: Gas can be back separately and it won' t contact with beverage. To reduce the second time pollution and oxidation.

-- Filling temperature: below 95 center degree and can be detected automatically

Capping System:

1. Before capping, the RO water washing device is used to wash the bottle mouth to keep mould away from the bottle mouth.

2. Magnetic torque screw type capping
