JS Concrete Mixer

The JS series concrete mixer( cement mixer) has such characteristics as simple structure, high mixing quality, high effiency, low engergy consumption, low noise and simple operation, and can be used with dump car, truck and concrete mixing truck together andn is the ideal machineryin construction sites and large and medium-size cast concrete factories.

JS series twin shaft concrete mixer can mix the plastic and half-dry hard concrete, fluid concrete and light aggregate concrete. It is applicable to the common construction working site, road, bridge and each kind of precast product factory. It can work independently or be used as facility concrete plant, which is applied with correspond batching machine.
Liner and mixer blade adopts high rigidity wear resistant steel with long service life. The electrical system adopts import component, which is good performance and reliability.

JS Concrete Mixer Feature :
A.Equipe with multiple shaft end sealing protection device and wind presure sealing protection device and effectively;
B.Unique monitoring system of mixer can working condition of monitor reduction box, discharge pump and electrical lubricating pump;
C.Equipe with special-purpose motor lubricating oil pump, and four separate pump core respectively feeds oil to four axial heads directly, without using by-pass valve;
D.Multi pipes & ways water injecting system can make sure that the water can be injected uniformly;
E.Heavy design and stable running;
F.Mixer weighing protection system and microwave moisture measurement system can be chosen;
G.Specification of volume with 1.5m3/ 2m3/ 3m3/ 4m3 can be chosen.
