Zhongyun Tecnology is the expert in researching and manufacturing extrusion lines for corrugated pipes.
1 Screw structure: efficient shield-style screw with a special blending-melt section greatly improves the plasticizing quality and output, and has a wide adaptability of raw material, especially suitable for the efficient extruding of PE/ PP/ PET/ ABS.
2 Barrel structure: the advanced unsymmetrical notched design; an automatic water cooling system for temperature control is equipped on the feeding section, which duplicates the conveying efficiency.
3 As the core part of the extrusion line, Zhongyun Technology Model ZTC-1500H corrugator can realize efficient cooling and fast molding of double wall corrugated pipes through adopting the patent technology of PQF forced fast cooling technique. Comparing with the cooling method of previous corrugator, it greatly raises the efficiency of both corrugations forming and cooling of the pipes. Consequently, the output of the extrusion line is increased by 40%.
4 Model ZTC-1500H corrugator can achieve a sufficient cooling of the high-speed moving mould blocks though employing the patent technology of cooling structure in the corrugated mould blocks. Besides, as the mould blocks adopt this patent technology of new cooling structure, it can effectively overcome the defect of low cooling efficiency and unsuitable for high-speed production caused by the common open-type cooling system, and it fundamentally solve the problem of dislocation of socket caused by the thermal deformation of aluminum blocks when the socket sealed cooling system is adopted. Consequently, conquered the thorny problem in the field of corrugator design and made a breakthrough on the aspects of cooling efficiency of double wall corrugated pipes and the long-term running reliability of cooling system.
5 Being equipped with the BRAS mould block movement adjusting system, the extrusion line can realize continuous production of online belling pipes in different lengths through adjusting the running corrugated mould blocks flexibly, which greatly facilitates the production of pipes catering to different market demand, and help customers increase the production flexibility and raise the competitive advantage by lowering the production cost of belling pipes.
6 Refined constitution design of the corrugators make it have extremely high stiffness and quite wide processing range, which break the limit of narrow processing range of common horizontal corrugators, reduce customers’ unnecessary investment on equipment and increase the flexibility of pipe production. The diameter of the pipes can range from DN/ ID500mm to DN/ ID1500mm (DN/ OD600mm-DN/ OD1800mm).
7 Moving style of the mould blocks: shuttle style.
8 Manufacturing techniques of high quality for corrugated mould blocks not only impart the mould blocks higher strength and longer lifespan, but ensure the pipe production with high quality and long-term stable running of the extrusion line.
9 The advanced central lubricating system has lots of lubricating orifices. The lubricating time and frequency can be automatically controlled through the PLC.
10 The main movement and separating, closing and returning motion of the corrugated mould blocks are controlled by servo motor. The running stability and reliability can be ensured by the multiple running protection devices.
11 The corrugator has advanced automatic belling function, automatic on-line single wall and double wall belling can be realized through the PCC central control system, and the thickness of flared end can be increased effectively.
12The corrugator is equipped with automatic withdrawing device in the case of abrupt power-off, which can separate the corrugator from die head when electricity is interrupted abruptly, so as to protect the equipment and be beneficial to restart.
