- Induction bearing heaters provide a fast, efficient, safe, precise, clean, environmentally friendly and cost effective way of heating such products as bearings, gears, shrink rings, labyrinth rings, bushes, sprockets, sleeves, coupling, pulleys, pinions, bearing housings, rail wheel, cast wheels, conrods, piston rings and other ring shaped metal components.
ZM heaters equipped with the third generation yokes which are made together by multi-layered insulated sheets of silicon steel after special molding process, the new yokes have better insulation than the old-design yokes using screws. The new design result in better heating and avoid the noise and vibration after long-time applications.
ZMTOOL offers a choice of portable, bench, and trolley or skid type induction bearing heaters used in industries for manufacturing, production, assembly, maintenance, repair, reconditioning, and site work. Induction heating eliminates the risk of fire and burn accidents or smoke and fumes which are hazards of traditional type of heating methods.
