Chialstar Consumable Technology Co., Ltd was founded in 1996, ( Chialstar) is a privately owned company with headquarter in Shenzhen, and also set branch in Hongkong, Russia. Since its establishment, Chialstar mainly focus on production, research and marketing of printer consumable products including Inkjet cartridge, Toner and printer paper. Our products are exported to Europe, United States, Middle East, South-East Asia, and so on. We are currently working with numerous well-known OEM companies around the world, like LG, TCL, Great Wall.
Chialstarâ € ™ s inkjet cartridge factory is located in Fuyong Town of Baoâ € ™ an district, about 40 minutes drive distance form downtown Shenzhen. Global sources team visits the factory, which occupies two floors of a factory building, and one floor for the production of printer consumables products.
The factory has total 268 workers and about 130 members involve in printer consumable products production, and all the employees should wear anti-static slipper in the factory. The printer consumable factory consists of assembly workshop, packing workshop, warehouse and QC department. The assembly workshop has 3 KWS2018A Supersonic machines from KEWEISON, and 8 assembly machines which are made by the company and all for assembling the shell of inkjet cartridges. There are total 33 work seats for soldering processes, and each seat has professional soldering machine made by the company.
Chialstar has its 6-staff R& D team which can release a new type of inkjet cartridge within 30 to 45 days after a new model printer come into being. The company develops its own design drawings but subcontracts the mold making processes from other professional mold factories. By now, R& D team has designed more than 40 models of different types of molds.
Now about 10 percent of the companyâ € ™ s printer consumable products support HP, 60 percent support Epson, 27 percent support Cannon and the rest 3 percent support other brand. price of inkjet cartridge mainly depends on the quantity of ink in the cartridge, and Chialstar orients middle-end and low-end market, and their FOB price are ranging from $ 0.6 to $ 1.7 for Canon inkjet cartridge.
