RENTAL TERMS:
- Pass / no MOU / LOI / PO Minimal Contract 1 Year for the fleet under the 2007
- Payment in advance of 1 month per unit of Fleet ( Dump Truck) at the time of MOU / Contract
- The payment provided by the Cheque / BG / SKBDN over the lease term
- To rent outside Java monthly lease payments paid 2 months before

Dump Truck Rental HINO / Nissan TH 2011
The new fleet leasing mechanism as follows:
1. We rented unit 100% new dump truck
2. The cost of rent / rental of Rp. / Unit / month ( min 3 year contract)
3. Advance 2 months in advance at the time of contract signing the MOU.
4. Tenants are willing to publish POs, SPK, MOU and contract for advance payment guarantee ( CHECK / BG or L / C) before we did order the unit to dealer
5. Provide workshops / place for the fleet and Mess for Motorists
6. Payments disbursed monthly from security Payment / accordance with the agreement
7. All costs of fuel, maintenance, damage, Driver covered the tenant ( off key)
8. Willing to be 1 ( one) of supervisors on site tenants ( the cost is borne by us)
9. TRANSFER PROCESS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ABILITY OF DEALERS DUMPTRUCK MAX 1 month ( PROCESS DUMP 2 WEEKS)
10. Stages of delivery depends on the ready stock of dealer / discussed further
11. Mobilization costs borne by the tenant to the tenant
12. Parties tenant shall maintain the condition of the entire unit dumptruk well. Includes interior steering / head truck

If there are things that have not been included into the rental mechanism will be further discussed with the tenant.
