AAC CAKE :
Rising is depending on raw material mix and weather condition it should be noted that wheter is a major factor affecting rising process a s reaction is affected by weather conditons.
â € ¢ It is recommend to maintain constant temperature in procuring area
â € ¢ It should be ensured that green cake is not subjected to vibrations during pre-curing or else it might develop cracks
â € ¢ Maintain temperature in range of 40 â € “ 420C when mix Aluminium Powder/ Paste

Our â € œ COCK BRANDâ € � Aluminium Paste/ Powder developed under highly qualified engineer team, we developed best quality Aluminium Paste AAC and Non AAC Block industrial.
We have taken some trial with our Associates of AAC BlockManufacturing Industry and observed that our product shows better performance than the competitor production the aspect of rejection level.
1.Normally they have a rejection of 5 to 7 % before and after Autoclaved by using the Competitor products, with our product rejection level is reduced to less than 3 %
2.The rejection level plays a major role in cost of the material
SAVING CALCULATIONS :
If rejection % reduces by 1 % and Company Manufactures 300/ m3 per day cost saving will be 0.25 $ / cubic total saving for 300 cubic meters : 0.25 x 300 = 75 $ / per day. Hence Total Cost saving per month : 75 x 25 day = 1875 $ / per month
