Piridoxal phosphate amd pyridoxamine 5' phosphate are coenzyme of many aminotransferase, decarboxylase and racemase, and they attend many metabolic process. Such as the formation of r-aminobutyric acid has relation with Pyridoxine hydrochloride. Pyridoxine hydrochloride is mainly used in vomiting of pregnancy, and have some effect to naupathia and vomiting cuased by prophylactic, radiation sickness and anticarcinogen.
