The Icom IC-208H 2M / 440 dual-bander with a price like a single bander, but it still has all the features you want. You get: detachable control panel, wideband receive, three power settings, built-in CTCSS decode / encode, PC compatibility and 500 alpha memory channels. Power output is 55 / 15 / 5 watts on 2 meters and 50 / 15 / 5 watts on 440 MHz.
