Our aluminum coil coating line can mainly be divided into two links: cleaning and coating. In cleaning, we adopt international cleaning line equipment to wash the lubricate oil, antioxidant oil and fat, Si, Mg, Fe, Cu and other impure deposits. By advanced non-chrome formation, compact nest oxide skin is formed to closely combine coatings with aluminum coil. Advanced formation technics helps effectively protect the environment and save the cost. While coating, precise coating line is used to coat different paintings on the surface of aluminum coil upon different uses. The line adopts fashionable three-painting ( finished processing of bottom painting, cover painting and back painting for only once) & two-baking.
