1. The detail:
Steel coating production line is used to produce color steel plate. Adopting galvanized plate as the base plate, through degreasing, parkerizing and chromate treatment, coating, roasting, color steel plate is manufactured. It is a type of composite material with both advantages of steel plate and organic material: mechanical strength and easy shaping property of steel plate; decorative and corrosion resistant property of organic material. This product is widely used as corrugated sheet, battenboard, decorative panel and sheet for household use. It is available to any pressing strength. This production line is also environmental friendly and uvioresistant. Therefore, it can maintain the color for a long time ( using life is more than 25 years) .

Integrate with the latest development of mechanical automation equipment and own experience of coating as well as design, manufacture, installation, and testing of transmission industry, we manufacture our own automatic line ( you can choose PLC control direct-current machine and AC frequency converter, touch screen and national tension control system) . The technology of the whole production line achieves international standard, largely lowers our cost, and shortens manufacturing time, advances and speeds up rate of return on investment.
