The ² - Glucanase L is gained from the metabolism of Trichoderma.reesei.. It is endo-1, 3: 1, 4-bera-glucanase and
can hydrolyze ² -glucan into oligosaccharide and glucose.

One activity of ( u/ ml) of ² -glucanase is defined as that quantity of enzyme that can liberate 1¼ g glucose in one minute at pH of 5.0, at the temperature of 50 .

Application
The ² - Glucanase L can be used for brewing, fruit juice production and wine production, as well as the industrial processing which needs the digestion of plant material.

Solid: 25 kg/ paper bucket.
Liquid: 30 kg/ drum.

Storage
Store in cool dry place and avoid direct to sunlight .Under this condition, loss of enzyme activity will be less than 3% in six months. It can be longly preserved at temperature of 5 .
