Description
Lipase is extracted from the candida lipolytica and produced under modifying micro-biology deep fermentation. It can hydrolyze lipid and generate triglycerides and diacylglycerol, a lipid glycerol, free fatty acids and glycerol.

Applications:
Lipase is used at liquors brewing, vegetables processing, breads production, dairies production, processing of oils and fats , etc

Storage
Store in cool dry place and avoid direct to sunlight .Under this condition, loss of enzyme activity will be less than 3% in six months. It can be longly preserved at temperature of 5 .
