Established in 1993, we devote ourselves to planting alfalfa ( Medicago sativa, Lucern, lucerne) , processing and distributing high-quality alfalfa hay products. As the largest producer of alfalfa feed in China and Asia, we have the annual production capacity of 150, 000 MT alfalfa hay materials and processed alfalfa products. We are awarded the quality certification ISO9001. We export alfalfa cubes, alfalfa pellets and alfalfa meal pellets to Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates ( UAE) and Saudi Arabia.
The Hexi Corridor in Gansu Province is the best area where to build alfalfa-planting base in China. That ocean of land is quite good for mechanized farmland management and the arid climate with abundant irrigation makes the most convenient conditions for the planting, harvesting and storing of alfalfa. We have already built our own base of alfalfa planting covering an area of 120, 000 mu ( about 80 million m2) equipped with roads, forests, electricity, wells and aqueduct canals. We also guide about 45, 000 local farmer families planting alfalfa and their planting area totals about 400, 000 mu ( about 266, 666, 680 m2) . Seeds distributed to the farmers are unified as well as the farmland- managing regulations and the procurement mode, including how to cut and bundle the alfalfa.
