Push rod sintering furnace is a continuous equipment tailored to PM industry mainly for the sintering of PM parts. It consists of furnace body, boat pushing system and temperature control system. Furnace body is divided into several independent heating zones, in which heating elements are distributed at the top and bottom of the furnace body in a drawer style to ensure convenient installment and maintenance. Every sector has its independent temperature control system including thermal couples, intellectual digital PID adjustor and SCR to ensure precise control of temperature.
