DENFLEX ( NVD) COUPLING

Denflex NVD is a coupling which torque transmission is made through internal and external teeth. The external clamshell teeth geometry ( hub) allows the articulation with internal teeth ( Sleeve) . The combination of two articulations provides to Denflex NVD the capacity to compensate every kind of operating misalignment, as well as unavoidable misalignments when installing coupled machines. Due to its torsional rigidity, it is especially designed for applications which require torsional synchronism, aggressive environments to elastomers ( rubber, polyurethane etc.) , or constant load reversions.

The Denflex NVD coupling is made of hardened and tempered steel, fully machined and fastened by high strength bolts, to provide higher transmission capacity in relation to its size/ weight and more reliability for its resistance to eventual high loads ( shocks) .

The size of joint flanges between Denflex NVD sleeves are in accordance with AGMA 516.01 norm, thus, they are interchangeable with most of gearbox couplings.

Designed to work in environments with temperature range between -10Ã ‚ Â º C to + 90Ã ‚ Â º C, lubricated with grease.
It is available with several construction forms in order to meet each requirement for easier handling and assembling, supplied with anticorrosion wax film providing surface protection.
