What is Jiggers?
Jigger is a kind of ore concentrator equipment, and it belongs to Gravity Concentrator Equipment depends on the working principle. Normally jigger will use the eccentric linkage to drive the rubber diaphragm making reciprocating, then producing muster and moving water to gravity concentrating. Sawtooth jig drive a cam linkage, the water it makes is like sawtooth, which is different with other Jiggers, and Sawtooth Jig is just for processing and recycling the fine ore.

The Working Principle of Jiggers
Jigger use water as the media to concentrate ore, it depends on the gravity ( Density) of ore to concentrate, the heavy ore will drop faster in the water than the lighter ore, so in the process of muster and moving water made by jigger, heavy ore and lighter ore will be separated, pulled from the concentrated ore output and tailing ore output.

Jigger is a gravity concentrating equipment, so in a range of size, ore and tailings can be separated
