    Working Principle
    To solve the problem of battery becoming short power or becoming dry and bouffant due to be overcharged, we developed the new product of high current and fast-charging rectifier.
    According to the right diagram, the working principle of our rectifier is:
    The AC which is produced by the electromagnetic will go through the full-wave rectifier to become DC, then charge the battery. The Battery capacity/ Voltage/ Current checking equipment get the data and feedback to the pulse width modulation switching circuit. After receive the data the switching circuit will control the switch time and frequence automatically to adjust the charging current and voltage.
    When the battery voltage is low, the checking equipment makes the switch turned on for a long time. All the electrical which is produced by the electromagnetic is used for charging the battery. When high, the switch is opened for a short time, and the charging current is small, to achieve the charge of constant current-constant voltage, so that it can solve the problem that the motorcycles in market short distance traveled after the start resulting in shorter charging time, slow speed and poor quality causing to insufficient generating capacity, the use of traditional short-circuit discharge silicon rectifier regulator circuit which has reduced the use power of electromagnetic, and has caused small current etc. All these reasons have resulted in insufficient charging that make the battery loss power. At the same time, it can also solve the problem faced the manufacturers which to raise the charge current by raising the charge voltage ( 15.5V-15.8V) , which will cause the decomposition of water and the battery loss water or even expansion. And so that the battery is going to scraped ( When the charge voltage is higher than 15V, water will be largely decomposed.) .
