10. Boards of Directors and Commissioners.
11. If the foreign company' s behalf as a shareholder:

1. SP BKPM ( Approval Investors Coordinating Board) .
2. Notary Act of Establishment.
3. Domicile of the Company.
4. TIN ( Taxpayer Identification Number)
5. Ratification of the Ministry of Justice ( Justice SK)
6. TDP ( Company Registration)
7. PKP ( Taxable Inauguration)
9. API or API-GENERAL-P ( Importer Identity Number) on their respective businesses.
