Production Process:, Silver mirror is made through a chemical sedimentation process. A sheet of specially treated silver is coated on quality float glass, followed by a sheet of special metal film instead of copper, and finished with two layers of paint for chemical and physical protection.
Use lead free paint can produce Copper free & lead free high quality mirror.
Property:, High edge anti-corrosion than normal copper mirror after edge grinding.With lead content less than 0.01% of mirror backing paint, can reach the vehicle mirror quality requirements of “Directive 2000/53/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on end-of-life vehicles”.
