Site Visit : Can be arranged at buyer cost for contract signing and mine site visit

Inspection : SGS or equivalent at Sellerà ¯  ¿  ½ s cost during loading port

Origin : Indonesia

Payment Term : The buyer shall establish through a Prime Bank Confirmed, Irrevocable, Non-Transferable, Divisible, Assignable at sight Letter of Credit ( L/ C) in US currency in favor of the Seller to cover 100% of the value within FIVE ( 5) working days for the Full value of the shipment.

Performance Bond : 2% provided after sellers open a Non-operative L/ C
