Sofa Testing Machine is used to evaluate the mechanical fatigue resistance of the sofa and davenport. Finding out and carry out the unaware problem and limitations in designing, producing and transportation.

1) Compression strength can adjustable, the maximum pressure of seat: 200kg, maximum pressure of back: 80kg.
2) Can test a single seat, double seat and three seat sofa, each group can adjust independently.
3) Power: 220V, 500w, gas source: pressure = 7kg/ cm2

The principle is to determine the strength of the structure of sofa by applying to various parts loads or forces simulating normal functional use, as well as acceptable mis-use.
Force apply for seat fatigue : 750 N
Force apply for back fatigue: 400 N
Test cycles- 25000 to 200000 cycles.
