Application
Industrial Rotary Dryer is widely used for drying materials in industries like cement, mine, building materials, chemistry, food and fertilizer, etc. This rotary drying machine comes with thermocouples on the feeding and discharging device to control the temperature. Thermometers are also adopted so as to better control the working temperature ( generally 350-380° ) of the rotary drier.

Operating Principles:
Industrial Rotary Dryer is consist of cylindrical shell, back and front riding wheels, feeding device, discharge device, gearing, gear cover and so on. ( Besides, the accessory equipment which match with the Dryer is the followings: combustion chamber, feeding device and discharge device, and dust-precipitator, is not the content of the Dryer.)
The heat source of the Dryer is from combustion train. And the Dryer applies co current type of heating. So, after the materials need to be dried put into the cylindrical shell from the feed inlet, they would be pushed forward by spiral shoveling plates. On one hand, because the Dryer shell is placed obliquely, the materials flow to the other side of the shell under the gravity and the power of rotation. On the other hand, the materials are tossed by the shoveling plates repeatedly, and the even heating area of the materials is achieved. The material is dried gradually.

3. This large sized drying equipment is primarily composed of vibrating feeder, heating furnace, drying device, and air intake and air outlet device, and more.
The vibrating feeder enables materials to spread uniformly on the mesh belt.
An air-intake fan with large air flow blows away water content of materials, and then the water content will be discharged from the air-outlet.
4. Our dryer has the features of low noise, little pollution and good drying effect.
