It is convoluted blanket modules made from high quality spun –fiber blanket ,folded and pre-compressed to a specified density. The fixing system comprised two beams positioned within the folds and connected by tab to an exterior channel, mounted transversely and centrally across the back of the modules .During installation, the modules are further compressed, the resilience of the fiber and recovery after the recovery after the restraining bands are removed ensuring tightly –compressed inter-modular joints Ceramic fiber modules has three grades including HP-1260,CZ-1430 and CR-1500 so as to meet the insulation requirements at different temperatures.
