Our main product is five layer shrinkable polyamid casing, the average thickness is 40-50um,the size is from 30-300mm.It takes large hydrodynamic loads, impact during clipping and high speed filling equipments. It is characterized by high durability, elasticily, significant of shrinkage. The material fulfill the requirements for the FDA regulation, the color pigments are certificated by the polyfine aore layer,they are never contacted food to ensure the safety.
Property:
1. Permeability during cooking for favor penetration.
2. Excellent barrier properties,to increase meat shelf life,reduce spoilage and increase yield during cooking with low weight loss after cooking.
3. Excellent strength to be able to be clipped or stuffed tightly,yet not experiences breakage.
4. Excellent adhesion to the meat,to eliminate voids,reduce purge and provide excellent slim appearance,yet excellent peelability of the casing when needed.
5. Shrinkability of 5% to 20%,yet maintaining thermal stability and eliminating the need for “after shrunk�.The csing is wrinkle free upon emerging from the cooling step,after cooking.
6. Ability to cook the product in the casing reaching temperatures of 120c including sterilizing.
7. Ability to chill the product in the casing,reaching temperatures of 2c.
8. Accurate diameter control,to within tolerances of +-1mm to control sizing perfectly,and allow perfect slicing.
9. Ability to readily peel the casing from the product.
10. Excellent resistance to oils,fats,greases,meat acids,solvents.
CASING STORAGE
Casing should be kept in the manufacturer’s packaging and in clean,dry storage facilities protected from direct sunlight,the temperature should not exceed 25c and moisturing not over than 75%,the distance to heting appliances should not less than 1 meter.
It is not recommended to expose casing to high temperatures,direct solar rays during storage and transportation.Casing,which are stored at the temperature lower than 0C,it should be sustained at room temperature not less than one day.
