1.Light and high strength : its density is not more than 525kg/ m3, it’ s equal to 1/ 3 of brick and 1/ 4 of plain concrete; its intensity against pressure is not less than 3.8mpa.It can reduce the weight of buildings, cut the cost of basements and girders.
2.Fine Insulation Material and heat preservation: Its coefficient of heat conduction is 0.14W/ m.k.It appares to be 1/ 7.5 while compared to concrete, 1/ 3.5 compared to solid brick.It is really a high efficient heat preservated material.
3.Excellent sound insulation.The double rendering walls can reach up to 46db.
4. fireproofing. .The material is an inorganic, noncombustible mineral with fire-resistant qualities. It will not produce any harmful gas under high temperature and fire.
5.Last for long time: There will be no aging problems or efflorescence.It is a long-lasting building material and its normal age can be suited to other diffierent kinds of buildings' .
6.Pollution free products.The amount of ³ radiation is only 12¼ ³ / h, which is far lower than the state standard level 37¼ ³ / h and world standard level 24¼ ³ / h.
7.Good frost resistance ( safely free from being frozen) : Even after 15 times of being frozen and thawed under ± 20 , it only loses 2.5% of its weight and its intensity is not less than 3.2mpa.
8.Outstanding ability of preventing osmosis; Predominant aseismatic capacity.Tongji University and Dongnan Univesity has proved that AAC has this advantage.; Minimal range of contractibility.The figure is 0.116mm/ m which is far lower than the state standard level 0.8mm/ m
9.Fine waterproofness and inteneration.The intenerating coefficient is 0.88( intensity under saturated situation/ intensity under dry situation) , while the traditional AAC is 0.6-0.7.
10.Easily to be processed.It offers the convenience to the direct sawing, planing, cutting and notching process.And also, it reduces the labour cost.
