Diammonium phosphate (DAP) (chemical formula (NH4)2HPO4 ) is one of a series of water-soluble ammonium phosphate salts which can be produced when ammonia reacts with phosphoric acid. Other names include ammonium monohydrogen phosphate, and ammonium phosphate dibasic.
