Mirasa Food Industry ( MFI) has been founded as food home industry in 1979 by H. Muslich. Since these mentioned year, MFI has been producing cassava chip. Mirasa Food Industry was gradually growth with a simple vision which was to produce cassava chips with halal, hygenis, and quality. The product was initially distributed in Jakarta and increasingly the product distribution expand until its surrounding area. It was the beginning successful journey which now familiar under the brand name CAP PAYUNG.

At present, MFI emerges as a brand associated with the innovative cassava chips. This is proven by the variety of light food products which made from cassava in diverse taste such as Chilly Flavour Cassava Chips, Salted, Barbeque, Lemon, Onion Flavour and Balado flavour. Besides covering the local market, Since 1988 MFI products has been exporting to Holland, U.K. Germany & Qatar.
