Data Conversion
You can use information in new ways to increase efficiencies, reduce costs, streamline operations, meet regulatory demands, and exceed customer expectations in competitive markets.
We specialize in conversion of documents from single rigid sources to flexible digital formats. The digital database allows the user to scan, index, manage, store and retrieve the required information.
The data conversion process includes entry, verification and correction of the captured data. Using indigenously developed application, the data is captured and sent for verification. The entered values are checked for typographical errors. The fields with such errors are " tagged " and sent for correction. The tagged fields are corrected with the actual value and sent for final verification. We also excel in converting data across formats including XML, SGML, HTML.PDF ( all versions) and Images ( Tiff, JPG, etc) .
Data Processing Services
We are able to offer the processing phase creates a secure database of your original documents and metadata for easy review by converting the data that has been filtered into readily accessible file formats that can be imported into all major document management applications.
