The CHEMUSB4-UV-VIS includes a combination sample holder and deuterium tungsten light source. This sampling system holds standard 10-mm cuvettes for easy-to-perform absorbance measurements. You control both the intensity of the tungsten bulb and the shutter via software.
The CHEMUSB4-UV-VIS covers the 210 to 880 nm range, has optical resolution of 1.0 nm ( FWHM) and captures 3648 wavelengths in less than one second. You will see changes as small as 0.01 absorbance units.
