Properties: light yellow granules,nontoxic with slight ammoniacal odour; melting point: 78 up,specific weight: 1.34-1.40 ,soluble in benzene,acetone and chloroform,insoluble in water,diluted acid and/or dilute base; gradually decomposed when it is heated to 60 up.
Application: it is an after-effect vulcanization accelerator with low activity,short vulcanization time, excellent resistance to cure , safe processing ,easy dispersion , slight discoloration and no bloom-out;suitable for natural rubber and synthetic rubber; mainly used to produce rubber products like tyres rubber hose,rubber shoes and conveyor belt.
