Zhengzhou Sebon Heavy Industry Machinerary Co., Ltd is a large moulding company whose main producer is various kinds of moulding parts for mining equipments, lathes, construction machine, etc. We are a perfect combination of moulding part production, sales and research. The moulding factory covers an area of over 67, 000 square meters and our total employes over 370. Since 2010 Zhengzhou Sebon Heavy Industry Machinerary Co., Ltd have export business and now we have reliable customers in 12 countries.
At present, our company has fixed assets of over USD 35 million and an annual manufacture capacity of 30, 000 tons. With weight of single moulding part ranging from 0.1 kg to 10 tons, our products mainly involve high magnesium steel, alloy steel, high chromium iron, heat-resistant steel castings, etc. Our production modes include sand casting and precision casting, and our production technology includes lost foam casting technology, V-process molding technology, water glass vacuum hardening, water glass sand mould technology and water glass lost wax technology. Our products are widely used for mechanical equipment of metal recovery breaking, mine, metallurgy, chemical industry, cement, petroleum and other industries.
