Since its establishment, our company has been strictly adhering to the corporate tenet of using first-class talents to manufacture first-class products and create a first-class enterprise. After 10 years of development, Shanghai Kaike Industry has become a large modern integrated enterprise with its own complete system of manufacturing, sales, warehousing and logistics. Shanghai Kaike Pipe Industry mainly manufactures pipe fittings, and has always been committed to the production and R& D of pipe fittings that used in petroleum, petrochemical, electric power, coal chemical, natural gas, iron and steel, pharmaceutical industries. Our company has carried out technical cooperation with domestic and foreign scientific research institutions and universities, established training base, and also brought in abroad advanced technologies, therefore, we have advanced manufacturing equipments and complete plant of testing facilities, had achieved the domestic leading level on R& D technology, and mastered a number of core technologies in pipe industry area.The company specializes in the production of pipe fittings and services to sets of large pipe fittings which is made up of metal materials such as carbon steel ( low temperature ) , stainless steel, dual phase steel, alloy steel, nickel-base alloy as well as special materials etc. Kaike Pipe Industry manufactures all kinds of pipe fittings, forged fittings, flanges and special pipe accessories of complete specifications according to GB, SH, HG, JB, SY, ASME/ ANSI, MSS, JIS, DIN, BS and other standards, and it can be provided technical drawings for manufacturing. Its 1st phase of investment is 160 million yuan while 120 acres of land reserved for the second phase of investment, and covers an area of about 66, 666 square meters with 158 employees at present, including around 56 intermediate and senior technical personnel. The company has already through the ISO9001, GB/ T28001, GB/ T14001, Quality, Safety, and Health Management System Certification, and has achieved the Manufacture Permission of Pressure Piping Parts of grad A, B and B1. Furthermore, Kaike has a full set of the largest and most advanced production, testing and auxiliary equipments. Production equipments include the four-pillar hydraulic machine with 4, 000mm open-distance YL31-4000T, tee special cold extrusion bulge forming machine YKST65-3000T, hot pushed elbow/ pipe bender HQY-HIJ-HWJ1000/ 720; DN1200/ DN600 automatic welding machine, DN3200 back arc rectification machine, DN3200/ DN1200 bevel rectification machine. Testing equipments include the tensile machine at high or normal atmospheric temperature CMT5305, the impact test machine at low or normal temperature ZBC2302C, 3000S desktop quantitative spectrometer imported from Germany, the portable qualitative spectrometer, desktop and portable hardness tester, thickness gauge, ray flaw detector, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, nondestructive testing equipments such as ultrasonic, magnetic particle and penetrate. Auxiliary equipments include the automatically dual-purpose cutting machine of CS120/ 60 and S.S., a large -scale electric heating solid furnace at 1, 300KW of 6.5* 5.0* 2.6m, the ray flaw detection room of 12.5* 10.0* 8.0m, a large-scale sandblasting room of 12.5 * 10 * 8.0m separately used for CS, AS or SS etc.
