Now, it is a sub-company wholly-owned by Fu Fung Group, a Hong Kong-listed company ( 0546. HK) with a registered capital of 22 million yuan. As the earliest Chinese medicinal eubacteria fermentation base and the earliest Xanthan Gum production base, the company, backed by its over 30 years of history in drug production, has been keeping research and innovation in production scale, technical technology, product quality and new product development, and leading the medical industry in China. It has become one of the backbones of the pharmaceutical enterprises in Jiangsu Province.
In 2004, the company invested more than 50 million yuan to company relocation reconstruction for GMP ( Good manufacturing practice) and passed the state GMP Authentication for medicines in June.
