About Us: We have been engaged in the field of casting for more than 20 years. The Precision Investment Castings by lost wax process is technologically far ahead than the conventional fabrication casting. The investment Castings presents most cost effective way of designing and manufacturing components for wide range of manufacturing sectors. For achieving excellence in our products, we have installed state-of-the-art plant and machinery. We have also set up our own laboratory fully equipped with the latest instruments to ensure super smooth finish, dimensional accuracy, and required hardness and to ascertain precise percentage of metallurgical properties.

Alloys: We manufacture precision investment casting from Metal / Alloys such as Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, Carbon Steel, Nickel based Steel, Super Alloys, Hast Alloys, Iconel, Monel, HT, HK, HX, HU, HF, HH2, Cast Iron, SG Iron, Aluminum Alloys, Copper Based Alloys, Bronze Alloys and many other Ferrous & Non-Ferrous metals.

Ability: We undertake quality investment castings weighing from 0.003 Kg to 150 Kg ( Single Pc) , whereas in Cast Iron 1 Kg. to 800 Kg. ( Single Piece) and in SG Iron 1 Kg to 800 Kg ( Single Piece) in conformity with the drawing, specification, material composition and sample provided by the customers.

Application Range: The application range is tremendously vast and divers. We regularly undertake for all type of Pumps, Industrial Valves, Automobile Components, Engine Spares, Material Handling Equipments, and General Engineering components, Heat Resistant Steel, Industrial Clamps, Locomotive Turbo Chargers, Earth Moving, Medical & Surgical, Fork Lift etc etc. However, in order to enable you to ascertain your specific requirement.
