The Oil Cleaning System, produced in Singapore, is able to extend the hydraulic and lube oil change intervals by removing solid, liquid and gaseous contaminants from the oil. Whilst keep the oil clean during operations, this system also help to reduce engine and system wear, thus reducing maintenance costs & increase productivity significantly.

How exactly does our Technology work ?
The System cleans the contaminated oil in 2 stages :

Stage 1 : Contaminated oil passes through our replaceable filter medium, made of long-strand unbleached cotton, capable of removing solid contaminants larger than 1 micron in size.

Stage 2 : The oil then passes through a heated evaporating chamber, where the liquid and gaseous contaminants are evaporated and immediately vented out via the vapour valve. By removing these contaminants like water and sulphur dioxide from the oil, we can thus prevent the formation of acids in the oil – this prevents any acid from corroding the machine.
After the cleaning stages, the clean oil returns to the engine reservoir ( sump) by gravity flow.

It is important to remove contaminants up to 1 micron because :
1. Contaminants of 1 to 15 micron range are the most in quantities and also the hardest particles ( source : Noria Corporation USA) ;
2. According to Society of Automotive Engineers ( SAE Paper 881825) , “ particles in the 4-7 micron range are responsible for up to 88% of engine wear� .

This System contributes significantly to the environmental conservations by :

Fixed Type FS can be installed directly onto heavy equipment, car, truck, bus, generator, tug boat, speed boat, ferry, marine vessels & other machines. The system is installed parallel to the original lubricant or hydraulic system, as a bypass system to protect the machine, to clean the lube and hydraulic oil using the engine pressure.

Mobile or Portable Type consists of pressurized or non-pressurized system that can clean lube and hydraulic oil from storage tank. It is equipped with pump, pre-heater and a 60 micron pre-filter. This system can be table-mounted or wall-mounted, depending on its application. Typical applications include industrial machineries, thrusters, propeller stern tube, hydraulic system, mining industry, steel mills, etc.
