Our company has been established from 1998 as Pt.Triguna Jaya Sentosa mainly produces the kind of logo label rubber from PVC, and can be use for accessories like a shoes, slipper sandals, school bags, hand bags, hat, sewing at garment, zipper puller, key ring, coaster for glasses, coaster for hand phone, bracelet, promotion of a product and the other accessories.
Our mission and vision is to make all our customers satisfied as we can. Thatâ € ™ s why we invested on 3 unit CNC machine which value around U$ D 250.000 for mold and each color Grinding Pigment Machine value around U$ D 60.000 for pigment paste. Why we need that machine?
1. Because using CNC mold every mold become standard, fast for production, brighter color.
2. Using Grinding Pigment Machine make color standard and avoid phthalate or undesired ingredient contamination in final product.
Major advantage which our customer can get:
1. The production process is quick and timely, because delays in delivery effecting additional labor costs, penalty fees and over time cost to customer.
2. Ensure receipt will not tear during sewing or crack after the roasted conveyor on shoes / sandals that do not need to disassemble back cause by rejected accessories TPR logo.
