Construction services have been the traditional and core business of JEL since our inception. JEL has more than 40 over years of experience in the construction of power plant, petrochemical plant, cement plant, sewage treatment plant and other process plant. Our scope of services includes civil and building work, equipment installation, piping, electrical & instrumentation work. JEL' s construction teams are all specialists in their own field, with full understanding of the international codes and practices in the construction industry. The technical expertise and experience of our engineers and supervisors ensure the quality of workmanship and timely completion of the projects.

JEL has participated in more than 130 power plant projects with a combined generating capacity of over 50, 000MW in over 20 countries. Aside from conventional coal or gas fired plants, JEL is also an expert in combined cycle, cogeneration, hydroelectric and diesel generator and waste to energy power plants. In the industrial plant sector, JEL has constructed various types of up-stream and down-stream petrochemical plant projects, including ethylene plant, polyethylene plant, aromatic plant, oxo-alcohol and MTBE plant. JEL also constructed several very large cement plants, steel mills, pulp & paper mill and air separation unit.
